医院文化建设对医院的发展来说至关重要,具有重要的意义,加强医院文化建设有利于建设医院道德环境、塑造良好医院形象和增强员工凝聚力,但是,目前医院文化建设中存在着认识不清和方式方法不科学的问题,对此,我们加强医院文化建设,首先要提高认识,其次要改进方法,与时俱进、实事求是地进行医院文化建设。
