Madain Salih (also known as Al-Hijr, or Hegra) is the first World Heritage registered in Saudi Arabia. Formerly known as Hegra, it is now the largest preserved site of Nabataean civilization in southern Petra, Jordan. It has a well-preserved grave and adorned façades dating back to the first century BC to the first century BC.
