采煤机摇臂为了实现左右互换,一般设计为直摇臂搭配连接架。摇臂与连接架通过4根销轴联接,但这种方式受结构限制,连接架尺寸较大,摇臂整体长度较长,无法满足紧凑型产品的应用。随着摇臂壳体铸造材料的提升,利用超级螺栓直接紧固摇臂与连接架成为一种可能。介绍了超级螺栓的特点、使用方法及其在采煤机摇臂上的应用。
Shearer rocker in order to achieve about swap, the general design for the straight rocker arm with the connector. The rocker arm and the connector are connected by four pins, but in this way the structure is limited. The size of the connector is larger and the overall length of the arm is longer, which can not meet the requirements of a compact product. With the improvement of casting material in the rocker arm shell, the use of super bolts to directly fix the rocker arm and the connecting frame becomes a possibility.
