如果说陕西西安地区在当今世界所具有的知名度,在很大程度上是因为它的都城史,它的历史文化,对此,恐怕无人会予以置疑。更何况,时至今日,西安还是全国范围内唯一一座具有上千年都城史的著名古都。随着时间的推移,世人将会把目光更多地投向这里,因为这里可以为当代人的现实思考和历史沉思,提供用之不竭的经验性素材。一句话,现实问题越严重,人类历史就会越发受到关注。2006-2007年之交影响全球范围的暖冬天气,由于有极为准确的观测记录及因之而产生的诸多担忧,将注定被记入预示全球变化重大自然事件的年表之中。世人一方面在忧虑今年、今后可能的天气走向,另一方面还会自觉或不自觉地思考:人类借以起源和寄身的地球星球,是怎样走到了今天这种地步,人类究竟在无意或无知中做错了什么事情?面对环境与发展的偌大主题,我们该怎样反省和反思人类的过去。对于西安地区而言,我们首先看到了汉唐时期频繁而规模空前的人类活动,看到了已经出现的环境变化及其相关问题。为了进一步揭示它的变化过程,尤其是人类活动的作用,本刊特地举办了这次以“汉唐时期西安地区环境变迁研究”为题的笔谈活动。
If the popularity of Xi’an in Shaanxi Province in today’s world is largely due to its capital city history and its history and culture, nobody may doubt it. Over time, the world will look more and more here because inexhaustible and empiricist material can be provided for the contemporaries’ contemplation and historical contemplation. In short, the more serious the reality is, the more attention will be paid to human history. The warm winter weather affecting the world at the turn of 2006-2007 is destined to be credited with the chronology of significant natural events that signal global changes due to the extremely accurate observations and many of the concerns that have arisen. On the one hand, the world is worried about this year and the possible future weather trends. On the other hand, it will also consciously or unconsciously think about how the human planet, the origin and the sentinel planet of earth, has reached the point where humans today are unintentionally or ignorant. In the face of the great theme of environment and development, how can we reflect on and reflect on the past of mankind? For Xi’an, we first saw the frequent and unprecedented human activities during the Han and Tang Dynasties and saw the environmental changes that have occurred and their related problems. In order to further reveal its changing process, especially the role of human activities, this magazine specially held this writing activity entitled “Study on Environmental Changes in Xi’an in Han and Tang Dynasties”.
