本文用测定铝合金中溶氢量,试样针孔率及合金流动性等方法对比了富铈混合稀土(RE)、钇族混合稀土(Y)及C2Cl6、无毒精炼剂在铝合金中的除氢效果,获得了稀土加入量,静置时间与铝液中溶氢量及试样针孔率间的关系曲线,提出了混合稀土金属加入铝液的最佳工艺参数。实验表明,铸铝中加入一定量的混合稀土有明显的有利作用。此外,稀土金属还对铝-硅合金兼有变质强化作用。本文还对稀土作用机理作了初步的探讨。
