为解决传统集中控制系统的弊端,设计了一种基于LonWorks现场总线的分布式的生产监控系统,系统采用虚拟令牌传输协议的节点监测底层设备,iLON100设备将LonWorks信道与IP信道衔接,通过LonMaker、LNS,LNS DDE Server实现远程监控。利用主机AT89S51和从机TMPN3150构建LonWorks监控节点的Slave_A并行接口,分析了AT89S51和TMPN3150之间利用虚拟令牌进行数据通信的过程,解决了AT89S51与TMPN3150抢占数据总线的问题。煤矿模拟试验表明:该系统实时性好,精确性高,具有很好的性价比。
In order to solve the disadvantages of the traditional centralized control system, a distributed production monitoring system based on LonWorks fieldbus is designed. The system uses the nodes of the virtual token transmission protocol to monitor the underlying devices. The iLON100 device connects the LonWorks channel with the IP channel. Through LonMaker , LNS, LNS DDE Server for remote monitoring. The host AT89S51 and slave TMPN3150 build LonWorks monitoring node Slave_A parallel interface, analyzed the AT89S51 and TMPN3150 using virtual token for data communication process, to solve the AT89S51 and TMPN3150 to seize the data bus. Coal mine simulation test shows that the system has good real-time, high accuracy and good cost performance.
