目的:探讨儿科门诊输液存在的安全隐患及护理管理措施。方法:2011年4月至2012年3月在浙江省桐乡市妇幼保健院儿科门诊进行输液的210例患儿为对照组,采用常规护理,2012年4月至2013年3月在浙江省桐乡市妇幼保健院儿科门诊进行输液的210例患儿为实验组,采用干预护理,比较两组患儿家属满意度、差错率及投诉率。结果:实验组患儿家属的满意度较对照组明显提高(P<0.05),实验组差错率及投诉率较对照组患儿明显降低(P<0.05),说明其具有统计学意义。结论:针对儿科门诊输液存在的问题,采取相应的护理措施,可提高护理人员整体素质,提高患儿家属满意度、输液安全性,降低差错率和投诉率,临床值得推广应用。
Objective: To explore the potential safety problems of pediatric outpatient infusion and nursing management measures. Methods: From April 2011 to March 2012, 210 infants who received infusions from Tongchuang Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Zhejiang Province were selected as the control group. The patients were treated with routine nursing care. From April 2012 to March 2013, Tongxiang, Zhejiang Maternal and child care hospital pediatric outpatient infusion of 210 cases of children as experimental group, the use of interventional care, family satisfaction, error rate and complaint rate were compared between the two groups. Results: The satisfaction of family members in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05). The error rate and complaint rate in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.05), indicating that they were statistically significant. Conclusion: For the problems of pediatric outpatient infusion, taking appropriate nursing measures can improve the overall quality of nursing staff, improve the satisfaction of family members, infusion safety, reduce the error rate and complaint rate, clinical worthy of promotion and application.
