目的探讨北京市房山区2011年手足口病发病时空分布特征,为开展针对性控制措施提供理论依据。方法通过时空扫描分析呈现手足口病时空聚集区域。结果 2011年北京市房山区手足口病发病2 452例,发病率为259.47/10万,发生聚集性病例126起,位居北京市第一位。时空扫描分析结果显示手足口病高发时间为5月8日-8月4日,高峰为6月15-21日,发病最可能聚集区域位于北京市房山区城区中北部,与丰台区邻接,以7~15 km为半径的区域。结论北京市房山区手足口病发病不是随机分布的,存在明显时空聚集,为房山区今后开展针对性的预防控制措施,控制手足口病高发热点区域提供了科学参考依据。
Objective To investigate the spatial and temporal distribution of HFMD in Fangshan District of Beijing in 2011 and provide a theoretical basis for carrying out targeted control measures. Methods Spatiotemporal scanning analysis showed spatial and temporal aggregation of HFMD. Results The incidence of HFMD in Fangshan District of Beijing in 2011 was 2 452, with a prevalence of 259.47 / 100 000, with 126 cases of aggregated cases, ranking first in Beijing. Spatio-temporal scanning analysis showed that hand-foot-mouth disease high incidence of time for the May 8-August 4, the peak for June 15-21, the incidence of the most likely to gather in the urban area of Beijing Fangshan District in the north, with Fengtai District adjacent to 7 ~ 15 km radius of the area. Conclusion The incidence of HFMD in Fangshan District of Beijing is not randomly distributed, and there are obvious spatial and temporal aggregation. It provides a scientific reference for carrying out targeted prevention and control measures and controlling HFMD area in Fangshan District in the future.
