运用高效波相色谱法，对7例牙龈炎或牙周炎患者一次口服2g替硝唑后龈沟液药物浓度进行监测。结果显示：龈沟液样品中替硝叹色谱分离完全。检测灵敏度高，最低检出浓度为0．03μg／ml，线性关系良好，该药吸收迅速，服药后0．5小时即可检出药物含量，2小时就达到峰药浓度，且含量较高为52．69±5．83μg／ml。局部持续时间长，消除缓慢，24甚至48小时仍维持在当浓度，结果提示：单剂量口服替硝唑2g后龈沟液中药物浓度足以抑制与牙周炎有关的致病菌，副作用小，是治疗牙周炎、冠周炎、根尖炎等厌氧菌感染的药物。
