航天工业标准《设计评审规范》是在1987年发布的。1991年初,为适应质量管理要求和深化设计评审的需要,决定对其进行一次必要的补充和修订。因此,以二院为主,一、三、五院参加组成的修订组,经过两年多的努力,在进行广泛调研、总结航天系统设计评审实践经验的基础上,并借鉴国外的先进经验,于1993年4月提出了标准审定稿。
Aerospace Industry Standards “Design Review Code” was released in 1987. In early 1991, in order to meet the quality management requirements and deepen the design review needs, decided to carry out a necessary addition and revision. Therefore, after two years of hard work, a revision group composed of two institutes and one, three and five institutes participated in the study. Based on extensive research and summary of practical experience in space system design review and drawing lessons from the advanced experience of other countries, In April 1993 proposed the standard draft.
