在一些基层单位组织座谈会时,虽然参与的人很多,但发言者寥寥。许多一线员工没有说出自己的意见和建议。对于企业来说,如果能充分发挥一线员工的主观能动性,让他们积极为企业发展建言,既可夯实企业发展基础,又可提高基层执行力。笔者认为,一方面,企业要为员工创造一个畅所欲言的环境,鼓励员工独立思考。当员工大胆提出意见和建议时,企业管理者要给予恰当的鼓励。如果员工意见和建议有可行性,企业要提供一定的条件,使其实施,有效提高员工
