近年来,网络技术与教师教育的结合在教育信息化发展中成为政府、教育系统、业界共同关注的新的模式,而且相应的实践也越来越丰富,以中国教师研修网、新思考等为代表的一批远程培训平台开始实施国家级、省级与市级不同等级的大规模的培训项目,因此对于大规模远程培训的研究亟开发展。笔者借助社会生态进化理论,从远程培训受训人数增加导致的变化入手,对大规模远程培训系统进行深入分析,期望为这种培训形式的推广应用策略制定提供一种思考途径。
In recent years, the combination of network technology and teacher education has become a new mode of government, education system and industry common concern in the development of education informatization. And the corresponding practice is more and more abundant. Taking Chinese teacher training network and new thinking as A large number of long-distance training platforms represented by representatives started implementing large-scale training programs of different levels at the national, provincial and municipal levels. Therefore, research on large-scale remote training needs to be developed. Based on the theory of social ecology evolution, the author starts with the change caused by the increasing number of long-distance training trainees, and analyzes the large-scale remote training system in depth. It hopes to provide a way of thinking for popularization and application of such training forms.
