本文叙述了一种同步测量压力、流量、温度(PVT)和流体混合物相组成技术的发展和应用。利用该技术就可分析在油藏温度压力条件下提高采收率时出现的流体,如:二氧化碳和烃。一台无汞RuskaPVT2370仪与一台惠普5880气相色谱仪联合,并设计了专用的测量高温高压下相组分的装置。该实验装置的特带:①优化取样技术;②同步测量所有相容积;③封闭的取样流程。分析成分时取出的容量为0.1~0.5μL,可以忽略,不影响整个组分和系统的平衡。实验证明,该设备适合烃/水混合物的多相分析。
This article describes the development and application of a simultaneous measurement of pressure, flow, temperature (PVT) and phase composition of a fluid mixture. Using this technique, fluids such as carbon dioxide and hydrocarbons can be analyzed for enhanced oil recovery at reservoir temperatures and pressures. A mercury-free Ruska PVT2370 instrument was combined with a Hewlett-Packard 5880 gas chromatograph and designed a dedicated device for measuring phase components under high temperature and pressure. The experimental device special zone: ① optimization sampling techniques; ② synchronous measurement of all phase volume; ③ closed sampling process. Analysis of the components removed when the capacity of 0.1 ~ 0.5μL, can be ignored, does not affect the balance of the entire components and systems. Experiments show that the device is suitable for heterogeneous analysis of hydrocarbon / water mixtures.
