沈阳工程技术处隶属于中石油集团公司辽河油田公司,是集油水井修理、油气合作开发、特种装备施工、多种经营、公用事业管理等科研、生产、服务于一体的工程技术服务型企业。主要生产区域地跨两省、五市县,为全国最大的高凝油生产油区。沈阳工程技术处现用工总量为3434人,年施工能力达3090井次。处党委下辖1个三级党委,11个党总支,96个党支部,184个党小组,党员1066名。沈阳工程技术处曾荣获“全国社会治安综合治理先进集体”、辽宁省“文明单位标兵”、中石油集团公司“先进基层党组织”等30多项省部级以上荣誉。
Shenyang Engineering and Technology Department is affiliated to China National Petroleum Corporation Liaohe Oilfield Company. It is a engineering and technical service enterprise engaged in the research, production and service of oil and water well repair, oil and gas cooperation and development, special equipment construction, diversified operations and public utilities management. The main production area across two provinces, five counties, as the country’s largest high oil production oil zone. Shenyang Engineering Department now employs 3434 people, annual construction capacity of 3090 wells. The party committee under the jurisdiction of a three party committees, 11 party branches, 96 party branches, 184 party groups, 1066 party members. Shenyang Engineering and Technology Department has won more than 30 provincial and ministerial honors such as “Advanced Collective of National Social Security Comprehensive Management”, “Model Unit of Civilized Units” in Liaoning Province and CNPC “Advanced Grass-roots Party Organization”.
