介绍了一种基于客户／服务器的用电营业系统。该系统以ＷＩＮＤＯＷＳＮＴ４．０为平台，采用Ｃｌｉｅｎｔ／Ｓｅｒｖｅｒ网络结构，在服务器端由数据库服务器－Ｓｙｂａｓｅ统一管理数据库，并利用ＰｏｗｅｒＢｕｉｌｄｅｒ５．０开发客户端应用程序。
Introduced a customer / server based electricity business system. The system takes WINDOWSNT4.0 as a platform, adopts Client / Server network structure, manages the database by the database server-Sybase in the server side, and develops the client application program by using PowerBuilder5.0.
