From August 20 to 23, the 30th National Youth Science and Technology Innovation Contest was held at AsiaWorld-Expo in Hong Kong. This competition is jointly sponsored by the China Association for Science and Technology and the government of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Leung Chun-ying, Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and Party Secretary, Executive Vice Chairman and First Secretary of the Secretariat, Shang Yong, attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches respectively on behalf of the organizers. Next, 34 teams from all over the country participated in the competition. The competition is divided into three sections of young science and technology innovation projects, young science and technology creative works and science and technology counselors science and technology innovation projects, a total of 483 young science and technology innovation projects,
