多数学者认为,心导纳图的主波主要取决于胸主动脉容量变化。本试验研究的目的是为了确定胸主动脉、心腔容量变化在心导纳图成因中所起的作用。用20%的乌拉担将蟾蜍麻醉、采用机械泵体外循环法,动物心泵体外循环法、灌流蟾蜍心置入法。我们的试验结果表明,心导纳图的主波主要受心腔容量变化的影响,而胸主动脉的容量变化对心导纳图主波的影响居次要地位。
Most scholars believe that the main wave of cardiac admittance depends mainly on changes in the volume of the thoracic aorta. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of changes in cardiac capacity in the cause of cardiac admittance in the thoracic aorta. Toad with 20% of the burden of anesthesia, using mechanical pump extracorporeal circulation method, animal heart pump extracorporeal circulation method, perfusion toad heart into the law. Our experimental results show that the main wave of the cardiac admittance diagram is mainly affected by changes in the cardiac chamber capacity, while the change of the capacity of the thoracic aorta plays a secondary role in the dominant wave of the cardiac admittance chart.
