目的分析微生物实验室质量控制的影响因素及解决对策。方法回顾性分析凭祥市疾控中心2015年3月—2016年3月开展微生物质量控制活动以来出现的10起质量问题事件,根据《质量手册》等相关文件要求,分析微生物实验室质量控制影响因素及解决对策。结果造成10份报告误差的主要影响因素有人为因素占30%;环境与设备因素占20%;样本和试剂因素占40%,其他因素占10%。结论微生物实验室质量控制中需不断提高技术人员的综合素质、做好室内质量控制、培养基和菌株及样本质量控制,预防发生质量问题事件、提高检验结果准确率。
Objective To analyze the influencing factors and countermeasures of quality control in microbial laboratory. Methods A retrospective analysis of 10 quality problems occurred in Pingxiang City CDC from March 2015 to March 2016 was carried out. According to the relevant documents such as “Quality Manual”, the quality control impact of microbial laboratory was analyzed Factors and Solutions. Results The main influencing factors of 10 reported errors were man-made factors accounted for 30%; environmental and equipment factors accounted for 20%; samples and reagents accounted for 40%, other factors accounted for 10%. Conclusion In the quality control of microbial laboratory, it is necessary to continuously improve the comprehensive quality of technicians, to do indoor quality control, culture medium and strain and sample quality control, to prevent quality problems and improve the accuracy of test results.
