一现场断裂情况某油田在一次下钻操作中,当钻柱下入井内达2043米时,接上一个立柱,在提起整个钻柱上下活动中,立柱的中间一个单根突然断裂,断口位于距母接头4米处(以下称1号断口).当把断口以上的钻杆推下钻台时,在距1号断口2米处又发生断裂(以下称2号断口).两处断口的外貌见图1、2所示.数日后,在正常钻井过程中,该井又发生一次钻杆断裂事故,当时井深2754米,断口位置距离井口2050米,距该单根母接头5.3米(以下称3号断口),断口外貌见图3所示.断裂的钻杆均系西德进口的G105型.
