随着科学技术的发展,电影产业在我国也逐渐得以发展,但是在电影产业缓慢发展的过程中,我国的电影产业正面临着严峻的知识产权侵权危机,已较为严重地阻碍其健康发展。本文以电影作品的侵权问题为研究对象,以“泰囧”侵权案为引子,结合理论分析方法,在论述中找到存在的问题并加以改进,以期我国电影产业的持续发展。
With the development of science and technology, the movie industry has been gradually developed in our country. However, during the slow development of the movie industry, the movie industry in our country is facing a serious crisis of intellectual property infringement, which has seriously hindered its sound development. This article takes the infringement of movie works as the research object, takes the infringement case of “Thai embarrassment” as an introduction, combines the theoretical analysis method, finds the existing problems in the discussion and improves it, with a view to the continuous development of the movie industry in our country.
