目前测定钢中钨含量的比色方法,运用较广的有对苯二酚法,硫氰酸盐法和硫氰酸盐-氯化四苯砷-三氯甲烷萃取法。硫氰酸盐直接比色法钼的含量大于1.5%时干扰钨的测定。硫氰酸-氯化四苯砷-三氯甲烷萃取法,在50mg 铁存在下,钼的最大允许量只达3%。对苯二酚法钼不干扰,但铌、钛有干扰,工作曲线稳定性较差,使用大量浓硫酸,对试剂配制和操作方面极不方便。钨兰法自一九七一年开始运用于生产,在生产实践和使用过程中,逐步得到改进,现已
