介绍了厚板零件在折弯成形时其外表面产生压痕的现状和处理方法,以及已有技术在解决板料折弯压痕方面的局限性。从理论上全面论述了产生压痕的各项影响因素及其关系。提出了新的解决方案,并对新方案进行了详尽的可行性分析。在理论分析的基础上,开发出能够适用于厚板料、大圆角半径的折弯零件的半轴翻板式无压痕折弯模。从运动力学角度,给出了模具的具体结构尺寸与其适用范围之间的关系。通过实际应用,验证了这种新结构的模具非常有效,完全消除了厚板折弯件表面的压痕,改善了折弯件的表面质量,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。
The present situation and the treatment method of the indentation on the outer surface of the heavy plate parts during bending are introduced, and the limitations of the prior art in solving the indentation of the sheet metal are introduced. In theory, a comprehensive discussion of the indentation of the influencing factors and their relationship. Proposed a new solution, and carried out a detailed feasibility analysis of the new program. On the basis of theoretical analysis, we developed a semi-shaft flapless indentation bending die that can be applied to the bending parts of thick sheet metal and large fillet radius. From the perspective of sports mechanics, the relationship between the specific structure and the applicable scope of the mold is given. Through the practical application, the mold of the new structure is verified to be very effective, the indentation on the surface of the thick plate bending part is completely eliminated, the surface quality of the bending part is improved, the production efficiency is increased, and the production cost is reduced.
