知识管理研究是现代企业管理实践过程中日益关注的管理重点。本文在文献综述的基础上给出项目团队成员知识共享各相关变量,阐明了因素间关系,并提出了研究假设。在数据分析的基础上验证了项目成员间的信任关系(认知信任和情感信任)在项目知识共享中所起的作用。为探究团队成员之间信任的影响因素,本文对成员间相似的项目价值观及团队沟通也进行了论证和研究。本文通过发放问卷收集相关数据,验证所提假设,并论证了信任对知识共享的影响。结果表明,在团队成员知识共享过程中,当彼此相互信任时,他们会分享各自的知识;成员间的信任关系受到相互之间的沟通频率、相似的项目价值观的影响。在项目执行过程中,项目经理需要关注这些变量的影响,以促进项目团队成员知识共享,提高项目实施绩效水平及项目目标。
The research of knowledge management is the focus of management which is paid more and more attention in the practice of modern enterprise management. Based on the literature review, this paper gives the relevant variables of knowledge sharing among project team members, clarifies the relationship among factors, and puts forward the research hypothesis. On the basis of data analysis, the role of trust relationship (cognitive trust and emotional trust) between project members in project knowledge sharing is verified. In order to explore the influencing factors of trust between team members, this article also demonstrates and researches similar project values and team communication among members. This paper collects relevant data by issuing questionnaires, verifies the assumptions, and demonstrates the impact of trust on knowledge sharing. The results show that in the process of team members’ knowledge sharing, they share their own knowledge when they trust each other. The trust relationship between members is influenced by the frequency of communication and similar project values. During project implementation, project managers need to pay attention to the impact of these variables in order to promote knowledge sharing among project team members, improve project implementation performance and project objectives.
