目的调查珍珠山乡中、小学痢疾疫情暴发的原因和特点,为制定突发性疫情防治对策提供科学依据。方法采用现场流行病学调查资料进行统计分析。结果这是一起由宋内氏志贺菌引起的急性细菌性痢疾暴发流行,2009年4月18日出现首发病例,4月18日~20日共发病69例,罹患率为14.56%。病例均为珍珠山乡中、小学生。通过及时采取综合性防治措施,疫情在3d内得到控制。结论这是一起饮用水污染引起的急性细菌性痢疾暴发。因此,加强学校饮食、饮水卫生管理和防病知识宣传,对防止肠道传染病在学校暴发流行具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the causes and characteristics of outbreaks of dysentery in middle and primary schools in Pearl Hill Township and provide scientific evidence for the prevention and control of sudden outbreaks. Methods Epidemiological survey data were used for statistical analysis. As a result, this was an outbreak of acute bacillary dysentery caused by Shigella sonnei. The first case occurred on April 18, 2009, and 69 cases were reported from April 18 to April 20 with an attack rate of 14.56%. Cases are pearl Hill Township, primary and secondary school students. Through timely and comprehensive prevention and control measures, the epidemic was controlled within 3 days. Conclusion This is an outbreak of acute bacillary dysentery caused by drinking water pollution. Therefore, strengthening school diet, drinking water health management and awareness of disease prevention knowledge is of great significance in preventing the outbreak of intestinal infectious diseases in schools.
