采用等径角挤压和反复镦挤相结合的复合挤压技术,对6061铝合金进行挤压变形实验。观察了材料微观结构,测试了挤压过程中屈服强度、硬度的变化。结果表明:经四道次复合挤压后可以使6061铝合金的平均晶粒尺寸从35μm减小到350nm,显微硬度为70.6HV(X面)、55.5HV(Y面)、58.1HV(Z面),屈服强度为245MPa。且多道次变形不改变加工前后材料的块体形状。
The 6061 aluminum alloy was subjected to the extrusion deformation experiment by using the compound extrusion technique of isometric angular extrusion and repeated upsetting. The microstructure of the material was observed and the change of yield strength and hardness during the extrusion process was tested. The results show that the average grain size of 6061 aluminum alloy can be reduced from 35μm to 350nm after four passes and the microhardness is 70.6HV (X surface), 55.5HV (Y surface), 58.1HV (Z Surface), yield strength of 245MPa. And multi-pass deformation does not change the shape of the material before and after processing the block.
