国家科技计划项目科学数据汇交,是实现科学数据共享的前提条件,也是科技立法的重要内容。本文从数据汇交的调查研究和相关法律制度双向出发,研究国家科技计划项目科学数据汇交中的主要法律制度,为实现科学数据共享搭建法律制度平台。
The submission of scientific data from the National Science and Technology Project is a prerequisite for sharing scientific data and an important part of science and technology legislation. Based on the investigation and research of data exchange and the legal system, this paper studies the main legal systems in the process of scientific data collection of national science and technology planning projects and establishes a legal system platform for the realization of scientific data sharing.
