碳排放与气候变化是人类当前面临的最紧迫挑战之一。现有文献大多集中在低碳技术、碳排放计量和碳信息披露等领域,较少从组织管理效能角度研究公司低碳气候行动的执行力问题。文中基于碳管理过程,构建了公司碳管理效能评估指标体系。并结合云理论,给出了一种评估方法,计算并形成公司低碳气候行动效能评估云图,解决评价中存在的模糊性和随机性问题。模拟算例显示,基于云模型的碳管理效能评价符合正态分布规律,且能够将少量的评价信息模拟到大量状态,更加直观地揭示公司低碳气候行动效能的状态。
Carbon emissions and climate change are among the most pressing challenges facing mankind today. Most of the existing literature focuses on low-carbon technologies, carbon emissions measurement and carbon information disclosure and other areas, less from the perspective of organizational management efficiency of the company’s low-carbon climate action execution issues. Based on the carbon management process, this paper builds a company carbon management efficiency evaluation index system. In combination with the cloud theory, an assessment method is given to calculate and form a cloud performance assessment of the company’s low-carbon climate action to solve the fuzziness and stochastic problems in the assessment. Simulation results show that the evaluation of carbon management efficiency based on the cloud model is in accordance with the normal distribution rule, and can simulate a small amount of evaluation information into a large number of states to more intuitively reveal the status of the company’s low-carbon climate action performance.
