目的 探寻前列腺组织中一氧化氮 (NO)水平与年龄之间的关系。方法 应用分光光度法测定 2、6、12月龄各 6只大鼠前列腺组织中的NO水平。结果 2、6、12月龄大鼠前列腺组织中NO水平分别为 :46 48± 7 16 μmol/L、2 7 2 6± 5 83μmol/L、2 3 83± 10 2 1μmol/L ,随着月龄增长 ,NO水平逐渐下降 ,三者间有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 前列腺组织中NO水平与年龄有关 ,NO水平随着年龄的增长而下降。前列腺组织中L 精氨酸 一氧化氮 环磷酸鸟苷 (L ARG NO cGMP)系统缺陷可能正是老年性良性前列腺增生症 (BPH)的发病原因之一。
Objective To explore the relationship between the level of nitric oxide (NO) in prostate tissue and age. Methods The levels of NO in prostate tissue of 6 rats of 2, 6, 12 months old were determined by spectrophotometry. Results The levels of NO in the prostate of rats at 2, 6 and 12 months were 46 48 ± 7 16 μmol / L, 27 62 ± 53 83 μmol / L and 23 83 ± 10 2 1 μmol / L, respectively Age, NO level gradually decreased, there was a significant difference between the three (P <0 05). Conclusions The level of NO in prostate tissue is related to age. The level of NO decreases with age. Prostate tissue L-arginine nitric oxide cyclic guanosine monophosphate (L ARG NO cGMP) system defects may be one of the causes of senile benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
