目的探讨肿瘤转移抑制基因蛋白(Kiss-1)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)中的表达与微血管密度(MVD)相关性研究。方法收集我院NSCLC组织标本68例,采用免疫组化SP法检测各组Kiss-1和VEGF的表达和微血管密度(MVD()CD34标记)。结果 NSCLC组中Kiss-1和VEGF阳性率和MVD值均与对照组有明显差异(P<0.05);Kiss-1和VEGF阳性表达均与NSCLC组的临床分期、有无淋巴结转移相关,并且在NSCLC组织中两者表达呈负相关;NSCLC组中Kiss-1和VEGF阳性者的MVD值与其阴性者存在明显差异(P<0.05),在有无淋巴结转移者中Kiss-1和VEGF阳性者的MVD值有统计学意义(P<0.05),相关性分析得出Kiss-1和VEGF的表达与MVD值存在显著相关性(P<0.05)。结论 Kiss-1和VEGF在NSCLC发生和转移中可能起重要作用,Kiss-1和VEGF与NSCLC的浸润转移密切相关,可作为预后的判断指标。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of Kiss-1 and VEGF in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and microvessel density (MVD). Methods Sixty-eight NSCLC samples were collected from our hospital. The expression of Kiss-1 and VEGF and the microvessel density (MVD (superscript +) CD34) in each group were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results The positive rates of Kiss-1 and VEGF in NSCLC group were significantly different from those in control group (P <0.05). The positive expression of Kiss-1 and VEGF in NSCLC group were correlated with clinical stage and lymph node metastasis The positive expression of Kiss-1 and VEGF in NSCLC patients was significantly lower than that of negative ones (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the expression of Kiss-1 and VEGF between NSCLC patients with positive Kiss-1 and VEGF The MVD values were statistically significant (P <0.05). Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant correlation between the expression of Kiss-1 and VEGF and MVD (P <0.05). Conclusions Kiss-1 and VEGF may play an important role in the carcinogenesis and metastasis of NSCLC. Kiss-1 and VEGF are closely related to infiltration and metastasis of NSCLC, which may be used as a prognostic indicator.
