目的探讨运用一种新的电凝刀行腹腔镜肝肿瘤切除术的可行性。方法将骨科用的克氏针改制为适合腹腔镜手术的电凝刀头,2002年2月至2003年12月间在腹腔镜下用改制的电凝刀行4例肝肿瘤腹腔镜肝切除术。结果4例肝肿瘤腹腔镜肝切除术成功,手术操作简便,未使用超声波刀等昂贵的器械。平均手术时间130min,平均术中出血约50ml,平均术后住院天数5.5d。术中及术后无并发症发生。结论用改制的电凝刀行腹腔镜肝肿瘤切除术是一种简易可行并易于推广应用的方法。
Objective To explore the feasibility of using a new coagulation knife for laparoscopic liver resection. Methods The Kirschner wire for orthopedics was reconstructed into coagulation blades suitable for laparoscopic surgery. From February 2002 to December 2003, laparoscopic hepatectomy . Results Four cases of laparoscopic liver resection of liver tumor were successful. The procedure was simple and convenient. Ultrasound knife and other expensive instruments were not used. The average operation time was 130 minutes, the average intraoperative bleeding was about 50ml, the average postoperative hospital stay was 5.5 days. No intraoperative and postoperative complications occurred. Conclusion The modified coagulation knife laparoscopic liver resection is a simple and feasible and easy to promote the use of methods.
