由于Al-Mg合金金属型铸造易产生热裂,在生产食品机械外壳大型薄壁铸件时,多以湿砂型或半金属型-半湿砂型方式生产。针对金属型工艺生产大型薄壁铸件比较困难的问题,提出一种倾转式重力铸造工艺,结合模具设计、浇注参数的调整,实现了全金属型大型Al-Mg合金薄壁铸件的生产。实践证明,本工艺可广泛应用于薄壁铸件或易产生热裂合金铸件的生产。
As Al-Mg alloy metal casting easy to produce thermal cracking, in the production of food machinery shell large thin-walled castings, mostly wet sand or semi-metal - semi-wet sand type production. Aiming at the difficult process of producing large-scale thin-walled castings by metal-based process, a tilting gravity casting process is proposed. With the adjustment of mold design and casting parameters, the production of all-metal large-scale Al-Mg alloy thin castings has been realized. Practice has proved that the process can be widely used in thin-walled castings or easy to produce hot-cracking alloy castings.
