本文从科学研究、技术开发及工业生产中对微小孔加工的实际需要出发,将微小孔加工方面的国内外概况进行了粗略的综述。然后针对光栏、喷火头、喷丝板、圆筒形试件,板式轴承件及细长圆柱体等实际的小孔加工对象,在七种不同的材料上,以六种不同的转速。对φ0.2毫米及φ0.24毫米的小孔进行了钻削试验,主要探讨钻削方面的规律及钻头的平均寿命等问题。发现小孔钻削的工艺性与美国、日本等有关资料上的结论基本吻合;同时,还发现了一些独特的现象;然后,针对钻削试验中发现的问题进行了一定的讨论和分析。
Based on the actual needs of micro-hole processing in scientific research, technology development and industrial production, this paper gives a rough overview of micro-hole processing at home and abroad. The actual small holes were then machined on a light bar, torch, spinneret, cylindrical specimen, plate bearing and elongated cylinder at six different speeds on seven different materials. Drilled holes were drilled in φ0.2 mm and φ0.24 mm holes, mainly discussing the rules of drilling and the average life span of drill bits. It is found that the technological properties of the hole drilling basically coincide with the conclusions of the relevant data in the United States and Japan. At the same time, some unique phenomena are also found. Then, the problems found in the drilling test are discussed and analyzed.
