1990年11月10日,机械电子工业部南京第五十五研究所承担的八号工程部分正式通过国家验收。国务委员兼国家计委主任邹家华、国务院副秘书长王书明、国防科工委副主任叶正大、机电部副部长张学东、江苏省省长陈焕友、南京市市委书记戴顺智和市长王荣炳等出席了八号工程竣工验收大会。邹家华、叶正大、陈焕友、张学东为八号工程竣工剪彩。机械电子工业部建设协调司司长肖承何同志主持了大会。会上听取了第五十五研究所所长沈克彬
On November 10, 1990, the No. 8 project undertaken by the Nanjing No. 55 Research Institute of the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics officially passed the national acceptance. Zou Jiahua, State Councilor and Director of the State Development Planning Commission; Wang Shuming, Deputy Secretary General of the State Council; Ye Zhengda, Deputy Director of the Commission of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense; Zhang Xuedong, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Mechanical and Electrical Industry; Chen Huanyou, Governor of Jiangsu Province; Dai Shunzhi, Secretary of the Nanjing Municipal Party Committee; Wang Rongbing, Mayor of the Nanjing Municipal Committee attended the ceremony. No. 6 project completion acceptance meeting. Zou Jiahua, Ye Zhengda, Chen Huanyou and Zhang Xuedong cut the ribbon for the 8th project. Mr. Xiaocheng Cheng, Director of the Construction Coordination Department of the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics, presided over the meeting. At the meeting, he listened to the fifty-fifth institute director Shen Kebin.
