目的探讨胸膜组织病理学检查及胸水检测对初治包裹性结核性胸膜炎的临床诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2014.01.01至2015.06.31收治的52例初治包裹性结核性胸膜炎全麻下行胸膜纤维板剥脱术,分别行胸水普通菌培养、培养4周有(人型)结核分支菌基因扩增检测(TB-MTD)培养、胸膜组织病理学检查。结果 52例初治包裹性结核性胸膜炎检查中胸水普通菌培、TB-MTD和胸膜病理检出的阳性率分别为0%、30.8%和88.5%。结论结核性胸膜炎检测中胸膜活检和TB-MTD检测较为有效,两者综合应用可明显提高诊断。
Objective To investigate the value of pleural histopathology and pleural effusion in the diagnosis of tuberculous pleurisy. Methods A total of 52 cases of newly diagnosed tuberculous pleurisy were enrolled in this study. The common pleural effusion was performed under general anesthesia in 2014.01.01 to 2015.06.31. The mycobacterium tuberculosis gene amplification Increased detection (TB-MTD) culture, pleural histopathology. Results The positive rate of TB-MTD and pleural biopsy in 52 cases of newly diagnosed tuberculous pleurisy was 0%, 30.8% and 88.5% respectively. Conclusions Pleural biopsy and TB-MTD are more effective in the detection of tuberculous pleurisy. The combination of the two can obviously improve the diagnosis.
