根据新一代高负荷高压压气机结构设计需求,引入无螺栓高压压气机结构设计概念,从结构强度、部件质量和寿命等多方面对比分析了有无螺栓连接的高压压气机结构的区别,并对无螺栓高压压气机转子结构设计难点进行了初步分析。结果表明:无螺栓转子结构具有成本低、质量轻和便于装配等多项技术优点,能够满足多种类型航空发动机的需求,具有很好的结构通用性。
According to the structural design requirements of a new generation of high-load and high-pressure compressor, the concept of structural design of boltless high-pressure compressor is introduced, and the difference of high-pressure compressor structure with or without bolted connections is analyzed from the aspects of structural strength, component quality and life expectancy. Bolt-free high-pressure compressor rotor structure design difficulties were analyzed. The results show that the boltless rotor structure has many technical advantages, such as low cost, light weight and easy assembly, which can meet the needs of many types of aeroengines and has good structural versatility.
