研究了夹布预成型工艺对夹布油封外径尺寸的影响,分析了不同材料的夹布油封密封力保持能力。结果表明,夹布预成型工艺对油封外径尺寸的影响不明显,但会显著影响密封保持能力;棉夹布并用芳纶布或芳纶浆粕后均会显著改善夹布油封的密封保持能力。
The influence of the pre-forming process of the cloth on the outer diameter of the oil seal was studied. The ability of holding the oil seal with different materials was analyzed. The results show that the pre-forming process has no obvious effect on the outer diameter of the oil seal, but it can significantly affect the sealing and holding ability. After the cotton cloth is used with aramid or aramid pulp, the sealing and holding ability of the oil seal can be significantly improved .
