本文分两部分对微量元素锌在跟腱断裂后修复过程中的作用进行研究。动物实验采用80只大白鼠为对象,按食物配方造成低锌、低蛋白补锌及手术后补锌的条件,观察跟腱断裂后愈合的状况,人体观察采用我所跟腱断裂手术的病例,观察血清锌在手术前后的变化。本实验结果表明在组织受创伤时,机体有调整体内锌分布的能力以保证组织愈合的需要。缺锌对跟腱修复有不良影响。机体在低蛋白状况时,单纯补锌的作用是极其有限的。
