本文依据经济增长质量内涵,基于新常态下经济转型升级的视角,构建了经济增长质量指标体系,并采用2014年全国各省份的相关数据,用主成分分析法和专家赋值法相结合的方法对各指标赋予权重,测度中国各省经济增长质量。结果显示,北京、上海等经济发达地区经济增长质量最高。其中,北京在经济稳定和创新驱动方面表现最佳,上海在结构优化和收入分配方面表现最佳,浙江在资源环境方面表现最佳。
Based on the connotation of the quality of economic growth and based on the perspective of economic restructuring and upgrading under the new normal, this paper constructs an index system of economic growth quality. Based on the data of provinces in 2014 and the combination of principal component analysis and expert assignment, Indicators give weight to measure the quality of economic growth in all provinces of China. The results show that Beijing, Shanghai and other economically developed areas have the highest quality of economic growth. Among them, Beijing is the best-performing economy driven by innovation and innovation. Shanghai is the best performing city in terms of structural optimization and income distribution. Zhejiang has the best performance in terms of resources and environment.
