为满足工程进度要求、节约资源、简化现场施工管理,伸缩缝两侧单元必须同时施工。由于伸缩缝长度较长,通常的施工工艺,即伸缩缝内填充聚苯板,双墙外侧使用传统模板支设的方法不能满足施工要求。结合某工程实际情况以及以往伸缩缝两侧墙板施工经验,采用伸缩缝内钢模板、双墙外侧传统模板支设的方法进行施工,为今后的类似工程提供参考与借鉴。
In order to meet the progress of the project, save resources and simplify on-site construction management, units on both sides of expansion joint must be constructed at the same time. Due to the longer length of expansion joints, the usual construction technique, that is, filled polystyrene plates in the expansion joint, can not meet the construction requirements by the traditional method of supporting the outer sides of the double walls. Combined with the actual situation of a project and the construction experience of the siding on both sides of the previous expansion joints, the construction is carried out by using the steel template in the expansion joint and the traditional template outside the double wall to provide reference and reference for similar projects in the future.
