在成都电焊机研究所、成都电焊机厂的支持下,成都龙潭焊接器材厂成功地试制了 DY型裸铜接头冷压机,于1987年6月通过了技术鉴定。该机能准确地提供所需的压力和压接肘间,达到最佳的效果。是全国电焊机行业、电工行业、设备安装行业的理想设备。近期已列入电焊机行业的推广产品。DY 型裸铜接头冷压机是用于冷压连接多股导线、电缆接头的设备,其优点是:压按时不需焊料、焊剂。操作方便,劳动强度低,工艺简单,功效为传统锡焊工艺的8—19倍,节电近90%。
