全国工会经费审查工作经验交流暨表彰大会于1992年5月12日至14日在四川省成都市召开。大会授予84个工会经审会“全国工会经审工作先进集体”称号,授予115人“全国工会先进经审工作者”称号。这是我国工运史上的第一次经审工作群英会。这次大会,对近几年来工会经审工作取得的经验进行了认真地总结和交流。第一,大会总结了各级工会领导干部和经审工作人员对经审工作的新认识。大家认为,依照《工会法》的要求,建立健全经审委员会并充分发挥其作用,对于加强工会的廉政建设,维护工会良好的社会形象,全面履行工会的社会职能,有着非常重要的作用。许多工会领导和专兼职工会经审
The exchange of experiences and recognition ceremony of the work of reviewing the funds of trade unions in the entire country was held in Chengdu, Sichuan Province from May 12 to May 14, 1992. The Congress granted 84 unions the title of “Advanced Collective of National Trade Unions through Auditing,” and awarded 115 the title of “Advanced Auditing Worker of National Trade Unions”. This is the first jury meeting in China’s history of labor movement. At this conference, we have carefully reviewed and exchanged the experience gained by the labor unions in recent years. First, the conference summarized the new understanding of the people’s auditions conducted by the leading cadres at all levels of trade unions as well as those who have been tried and tested. It is believed that establishing and improving the Commission of Review and Appraisal and giving full play to its role in accordance with the “Trade Union Law” is of great importance to strengthening the building of a clean and honest union, maintaining a good social image of the trade union and fully performing the social functions of the trade union.
