随着经济全球化和信息化发展,商业秘密由于自身的独特性具有重要价值。欧盟委员会于2016年7月通过《商业秘密保护指令》,通过统一商业秘密的定义和违法行为的界定,旨在最大程度上协调欧盟商业秘密保护立法。欧盟商业秘密保护立法对于国际社会形成统一的商业秘密保护体系也产生重大影响,对世界其他国家提升商业秘密保护水平、对我国商业秘密保护立法也有重大借鉴。
With the development of economic globalization and informatization, trade secrets have important value due to their uniqueness. The EU Commission passed the Trade Secret Protection Directive in July 2016, which aims to maximize the harmonization of EU trade secrets protection legislation through the definition of a trade secret and the definition of unlawful conduct. The EU trade secrets protection legislation also has a significant impact on the formation of a unified system of commercial secrets protection in the international community. It is also of great reference to other countries in the world in enhancing the protection of commercial secrets and the legislation on the protection of commercial secrets in our country.
