目的制定过敏性疾病患儿常见的变应原组合,检查其灵敏度和特异度。方法选择124例过敏性疾病患儿,通过评估其过敏史,应用21种常见变应原进行皮肤点刺试验,并抽取5ml静脉血行血清学IgE检查。结果根据变应原皮肤试验阳性率制定的变应原组合为粉尘螨、屋尘螨、德国小蠊、艾蒿、大豚草、动物毛以及霉菌组合;该变应原组合其阳性率为99%,特异性为79%,阳性预测值和阴性预测值分别为96%和94%;准确性为96%。结论本研究所制定的变应原组合具有良好的诊断学指标,符合卫生经济学要求。
Objective To develop a common combination of allergens in children with allergic diseases to check their sensitivity and specificity. Methods A total of 124 children with allergic diseases were selected and their allergy history was evaluated. Twenty-one common allergens were used to test the skin prick and 5ml venous blood samples were collected for serum IgE examination. Results According to the positive rate of allergen skin test, the combination of allergens was dust mite, house dust mite, German cockroach, Artemisia annua, big ragweed, animal hair and mold combination. The positive rate of the allergen combination was 99 %, Specificity was 79%, positive predictive value and negative predictive value were 96% and 94%, respectively; accuracy was 96%. Conclusion The allergen combination developed in this study has good diagnostic criteria and meets the requirements of health economics.
