基于有限差分方法建立了激光焊接温度场数学模型,同时运用八叉树网格技术对温度场控制方程进行离散,开展激光焊接温度场数值模拟,比较了均匀网格和八叉树网格两种网格划分方式作用下的焊接温度场计算精度和速度。结果表明:八叉树网格技术可用于激光焊接温度场数值模拟,模拟结果与实际较吻合;与均匀网格划分方式相比,八叉树网格计算结果文件更小,能够节约计算机存储空间,并且可以保证在获得相同计算精度的同时减少模拟计算量,提高焊接温度场计算速度。
Based on the finite difference method, the mathematical model of laser welding temperature field was established. At the same time, the temperature field control equation was discretized by using octree mesh technique. The temperature field of laser welding was numerically simulated.
