观察糖肾胶囊对高果糖餐大鼠模型的胰岛素抵抗性与leptin 水平的影响。结果糖肾胶囊对大鼠的收缩期血压无显著改善作用;胰岛素敏感性( 即胰岛素抵抗性改善) 指标M 值及leptin 浓度,TSJN 组较FFR组有非常显著的差异,与空白组比较无显著差异;M 值与血浆leptin 浓度呈非常显著的负相关关系。
Observe the effect of Tangshen capsule on insulin resistance and leptin level in high fructose meal rat model. Results Tangshen capsules had no significant effect on the systolic blood pressure in rats; the insulin sensitivity (ie, improvement in insulin resistance) index M value and leptin concentration were significantly different between the TSJN group and the FFR group, and there was no significant difference compared with the blank group. The difference; M value and plasma leptin concentration showed a very significant negative correlation.
