探索去甲硫氨酸(Met)全肠外营养(TPN)加5-Fu对胃癌患者生化指标和肝肾功能的毒副作用。方法:15例住院进展期胃癌(AGC)患者,随机分为MetTPN+5-Fu(n=7)和去MetTPN+5-Fu(n=8)两组,术前分别接受7天肠外营养支持和5天化疗。于治疗前后测肝肾功能、血清总蛋白质、白蛋白、转铁蛋白、前白蛋白和甲硫氨酸、半胱氨酸水平。结果:除个别病例表现为ALT、AST和AKP轻度上升外,术前一周的去MetTPN+5-Fu后治疗对胃癌患者各项生化指标及血清含硫氨基酸水平并无大的干扰,其改变与MetTPN+5-Fu组接近。结论:术前短期去MetTPN+5-Fu治疗对ACC患者的机体代谢并不产生明显的毒副作用。
To explore the toxic and side effects of Met total parenteral nutrition (TPN) plus 5-Fu on biochemical markers and liver and kidney function in patients with gastric cancer. Methods: Fifteen patients with advanced gastric cancer (AGC) were randomly divided into two groups: MetTPN+5-Fu (n=7) and MetTPN+5-Fu (n=8). They received 7 days of parenteral nutrition support and 5 days before surgery. Chemotherapy. Before and after treatment, liver and kidney function, serum total protein, albumin, transferrin, prealbumin, methionine, and cysteine levels were measured. RESULTS: Except for a slight increase in ALT, AST, and AKP in individual cases, the post-treatment MetTPN+5-Fu treatment had no significant interference with the biochemical indicators and serum sulfur amino acid levels in patients with gastric cancer. The changes were related to MetTPN+5. -Fu group is close. Conclusion: The short-term MetTPN+5-Fu treatment before surgery does not produce obvious toxic side effects on the body metabolism of ACC patients.
