马钱子为马钱科植物马钱及皮氏马钱的干燥成熟种子。其功能通经络,消肿毒,止痛。主治风寒湿痹,咽喉痹痛。主食番木鳖碱、马钱子碱等。因有大毒,故临床须经炮制方可入药,使其质变酥脆,便于粉碎制剂,去除毒性。 目前,对本品的炮制,普遍采用下列两种方法:①油炸:马钱子用水泡7~10d,至能去毛即可,捞出,刮去毛,切薄片,凉干。取马钱子片,用香油炸至呈棕褐色,捞出,用麸或谷糠拌炒,吸去油,筛去麸或谷糠,晾凉;②砂烫:将砂置锅内,以武火加热,炒至砂呈滑利流动状,投入马钱子,不断翻炒,烫至全部胀起,颜色成棕褐色取出,筛去砂,刮
