目的 观察CIK(cytokineinducedkiller)细胞及LAK(Lymphokineactivatedkiller)细胞对Lewis肺癌小鼠的抑瘤作用。方法 建立Lewis肺癌小鼠动物模型 ,静脉输入CIK细胞做抗肿瘤治疗 ,同时设LAK对照 ,用同位素法检测各组小鼠T细胞增殖反应 ,同时用MTT法检测各组小鼠NK细胞毒活性。结果 CIK细胞对Lewis肺癌小鼠的抗肿瘤作用显著强于LAK细胞。结论 CIK细胞对Lewis肺癌小鼠有明显的抗肿瘤作用 ,并且优于LAK细胞。
Objective To observe the antitumor effect of CIK (cytokineinducedkiller) cells and LAK (Lymphokine activated killer) cells on Lewis lung cancer in mice. Methods The Lewis lung cancer mouse model was established. CIK cells were infused intravenously for anti-tumor therapy. At the same time, LAK control was set up. T cell proliferation reaction was detected by isotope method. NK cell cytotoxicity was also detected by MTT assay. Results The antitumor effect of CIK cells on Lewis lung cancer mice was significantly stronger than that of LAK cells. Conclusion CIK cells have obvious anti-tumor effect on Lewis lung cancer mice and are superior to LAK cells.
