尽管高等职业院校面临着严峻的招生就业形势,但在认真学习《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020)》的基础上,对如何在激烈竞争中保持可持续发展,凸显出自己的办学特色,引领职业教育发展方向,有了更加清晰的认识和体会。本文分析潍坊职业学院发展过程中取得的经验,结合工作实践,对加强内涵建设、实现高职院校可持续发展等问题做简要分析。
Although higher vocational colleges are facing severe enrollment and employment situation, on the basis of conscientiously studying the “National Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020)”, how to maintain sustainable development in the fierce competition highlights Own characteristics of running a school, leading the direction of the development of vocational education, with a clearer understanding and experience. This article analyzes the experience gained in the development process of Weifang Vocational College and makes a brief analysis of the problems such as strengthening the connotation construction and realizing the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges by combining the work practice.
