我国多数容量较大的锅炉都曾出现过热器管壁超温及爆管问题;也有少数锅炉出现过热汽温偏低的现象。为分析过热器超温或达不到额定值的原因,并提出解决办法,一般都要进行过热器传热试验。制定我国的锅炉热力计算标准,也必须进行大量的传热试验。而在传热试验中,燃烧室出口(或过热器前)的烟气温度是一个重要数据。其确定的方法通常有直接测量法、省煤器出口水温反推法和过热器后烟温反推法三种。
Most of our larger boiler boilers have appeared superheater tube overheating and burst pipe issues; there are a few boilers overheated steam temperature is low. In order to analyze the cause of overtemperature of the superheater or fail to reach the rated value and propose a solution, a superheater heat transfer test is generally conducted. In the heat transfer test, the flue gas temperature at the exit of the combustion chamber (or in front of the superheater) is an important data. The determination of the method usually have direct measurement method, economizer export water temperature backstepping method and the superheater smoke temperature after three kinds of backstepping.
